A downloadable game

Have you ever looked at one of those tabletop games and thought something like “that game looks really cool, but it's so complicated —I don’t know where to start! So many dice, and numbers, and graph paper! Whatever can I do!?” Well that’s where we were when we started this project, and so we made this! a game to help other people learn how to play tabletop RPGs without having to commit to… wait HOW LONG DO THOSE GAMES TAKE?!

Welcome to Underworld Arcana! A fun-filled, light-hearted tabletop RPG where you can learn the basics of tabletop gaming! Grab a couple of friends and have a laugh while you embark on a journey of bravery, heart, fear, terror, [insert fifth adjective]! You can play the role of any of the four player classes or you can play as the Game Master, who directs the story and weaves the tale as it unfolds before you from one of two story packs: The Dungeon of the Bone Queen, and The Lurking Lord of Benedict Mountain.

So, if you like what you see, download the files, print them out, grab some friends, and get ready to be whisked away to the magical realm of Underworld Arcana!

Additional Notes:

1. The Rulebook references damage tokens and status tokens. These are yet to be fully implemented. Please use a pen and paper or note-taking phone app to keep track of damage and status conditions.

2. For the current development build, it is recommended to use rulebook, GM Guidebook, and Heroes and Monsters guide digitally, as to conserve printer ink.
